The following terms and conditions govern how our site visitors and clients are going to use the website and our services.

• You are solely responsible for any content which is being sent using our SMS gateway.
• You shall comply with all prevalent regulations by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India or by any governmental or statutory authority.
• Transactional route is strictly for Non Promotional SMS to your existing customers only and can never be used for sending promotional or unsolicited SMS to random people.
• You shall only use the promotional route to promote your services or products provided those products/services are not considered illegal. More over the promotional route can not be used to send SMS containing discriminatory, abusive, defamatory or any objectionable language or content.
• Though we provide open sender ids but this does not mean you can send SMS using any other company’s name, trademark etc. Accounts using fake sender ids are terminated without notice and no refund is provided.
• You shall comply with the Telecom Unsolicited Commercial Communications Regulations, 2007 (the “TRAI Regulations”) and its amendments and Guidelines for Telemarketers, issued by Department of Telecommunications (“DOT Guidelines”) which strictly prohibit sending promotional messages to customer who is listed in the National Do Not Call Registry (NDNC). • You here by agree that we reserve the right to terminate your account or limit account features without notice if we found your account indulged in unlawful activity or any discrepancy in complying the stated law of the land.

Payments and Refund

• Account activation is only possible after 100% advance payment.
• No refund is possible for expired, left over credits.
• No refund is possible for account closed due to violation of our terms and conditions.
• If you are using our online payment facility, you shall bear the convenience fees.
• No extra fees is charged for direct bank transfers (NEFT, IMPS or RTGS) or cheque payment.
• For any price increase by Operators, SMS credits will be adjusted retrospectively.
